    Hello colleagues

Did you see the new logo for iPod nano? For some reason I think the author was inspired with our logo. It looks as if they took a look at our logo and got the inspiration.
I would love to hear your opinions.

The color and the fingerprints definitely seem to be connected. Maybe we’re being watched?

So it’s touch screen now – interesting. I’m probably alone on this – but I’m almost more interested in making art on something that small than I am on something like the iPad.

You’re not alone! I’m a mini-gadget freak and I can already feel my fingers itching… I wonder if the new Nano will take apps. For me, the iPad, though nice to use, is just too big and heavy.

That is just not big enough to paint on though. I can see it being used for games, but I don’t think many painting apps would work out well. Maybe Sketchbook would work out though…

We ripped off Apple first I think. They had that ”paint” logo at the iPad event, they must have had some left over. :)

It took me a long time to get used to the iPad and I still miss my iPod touch. My new iPhone has a few problems probably because of retinal display. I often shrink paintings down to get a better sense of the composition on iPad.

Yeah, you know Farik (who designed our logo), is a freaking visionary…and he should be working for Apple. I’m SOOOOO jealous that he came up with the idea before Apple did, and hope that his gets more prominence, because if they stole it, then they are low………but I bet that it’s just one of those ”aha” moments that two designers had when looking at a fingerprint on their own screen, and making a connection.
